FAQ’s
August 4, 2007 by Toby Getsch
When talking about blogging in 2007, even though I’ve been doing it since the Fall of 2003, I often have to spend more time explaining what it is, than talking about whatever I’ve written about. So, to help explain (and do it much better than I can do myself) I’ve added some FAQ’s in the updated, upper right section of the side bar here on Tweblog.com.
The links in the Show me section point to short videos that really do an excellent job of explaining. They’re each only a few minutes long.
I’m including that updated FAQ content here in this post too. I think it’s valuable to understand and to spread the word. I also want to have a snapshot of what I updated today.
FAQ’s:
Tell me and I’ll forget.
Show me and I’ll remember.
Involve me and I’ll understand.
Tell me:
What’s RSS? What’s a Feed?
…good description
…not so fun to read
Show me:
What’s RSS? What’s Social Networking? What’s a Wiki?
…fun and in plain English
…short videos to explain
What is Web 2.0?
…short video to explain
