The First Things on My Sidebar
July 1, 2007 by Toby Getsch
These are the first things listed on the right sidebar of my blog.
Hmmm… I wonder why I put those at the top, and why I’m making a separate post here to call attention to those.
No, I don’t really wonder. I’m just trying to make a point.
If you don’t understand RSS, or don’t understand what a feed is, or don’t want to deal with that “stuff” - well - you can still subscribe via email.
Do it to it!
Hey, it’s FREE! Act now! Big news! <Insert silly marketing slogan here.>

Cool, where did you get it from (plugin?), or is it something you cooked up yourself?
All of the things on my current sidebar are part of any WordPress.com blog. My blog is hosted by them, and I paid for the custom domain to get tweblog.com to resolve.
From within the admin pages there is a section called Presentation. Then there is a section called Widgets. All of the things I’m using are Widgets. A couple are just their text widgets where it allows html.
So, I guess it’s mostly WP, and I added some basic html.
