For anyone following my recent job hunt, I’ve updated my resume and also removed it from several places online. (Really, I was going to do this very soon, but decided to do it right now because too many new recruiters were still calling. To the many helpful recruiters out there, you’re the best. But, I’m off the market now.)
As more of my new job gets defined, I’ll update my resume again. I also have to do things like update my LinkedIn profile and go through my contacts again to make sure I’ve informed everyone. I’ve learned from some previous mistakes, and now I’m following good, expert recommendations, to keep my network current and in place all the time - before it’s needed!
I’m excited and energized for my new job. And, week #2 is just around the corner.
