U.S. Gov To Spider Internet - That’s one thing they’re doing.
I’d bet they are also doing lots of other development, plus partnering with or buying from whoever is the best at technology in whatever area they need. I’d assume they are a huge client of many large corporations - and hopefully lots of small companies too. [...]

Let’s see how the current one goes for a while. Sorry if this was abrupt or if you don’t like the new one. [...]

Telecoms let NSA spy on calls
I think I’m ok with this. I’m glad to hear that it’s in the press now and that the leaders of these telecoms are taking some heat. I think they should be scrutinized. In the end, I think it’s ok and I’m ok with it.

I listen to the Gillmor Gang podcast most of the time. Some good insight is exposed there. The guests are often people I want to know more about. They often have good things to say, and interesting perspectives.
The latest podcast took a little ripping here. I added more to that post’s comments. This is what [...]

In this article about how PayPal Prepares For a Challenge From Google, I noticed a few things.
I like PayPal because it’s easy.
Other people don’t like PayPal, because they don’t know how easy it is, or because they already wasted spent money on other systems and they have too much pride don’t want to let go [...]

Do you trust enough?
Coming soon: What are your thoughts about leadership? (or some derivative…

I’ve just signed the ONE Declaration committing myself to help fight the emergency of global AIDS and extreme poverty. The first thing I’m doing is asking you to make that commitment, too.
ONE is a new effort by Americans to rally Americans - one by one. So far, over two million have signed the declaration in [...]

What’s our call? What’s our duty? What’s your call? What’s your duty?
Do you care at all? Too many people say that they care, and then don’t do anything about it. I care. I want to change some stuff. I don’t like it that, ”…justice and equality are mates…” Bono said that. He’s right. It sucks, but he’s [...]

REPOST: Now w/ current numbers.
I just cleaned out some feeds from my FeedDemon, exported my blogroll to OPML, removed the old feeds from Bloglines, and then imported the updated OPML file. There is some issue with the export of channels from FeedDemon where it will not do the feeds in one of the channels, and [...]

Just got back from hangin’ out at the Westin in downtown Bellevue with a few guys, thanks to Dave’s prompting. A little blogger’s shindig. Conversation was fun, and relaxed. We talked a [...]
